These Terms and Conditions govern the Agreement between You (the Client) and Len Arcuri Coaching LLC.

1. Payment Terms

You authorize Len Arcuri Coaching LLC to process your payment for the agreed-upon fee.

2. Intellectual Property

Len Arcuri Coaching LLC retains all rights to its intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary materials. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any program content without written permission.

3. Contact Agreement

By signing this Agreement, you consent to receiving communications (including calls and texts) from Len Arcuri Coaching LLC regarding your coaching, updates, and other relevant offers. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Indemnification

You agree to hold Len Arcuri Coaching LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation in the program.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Len Arcuri Coaching LLC’s liability exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. You waive any right to seek special, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their control, such as natural disasters, terrorism, or governmental actions.

7. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Iredell County, North Carolina. You waive the right to file lawsuits or participate in class actions against Len Arcuri Coaching LLC.

8. Waiver of Class Actions

You agree not to participate in class actions or representative claims against Len Arcuri Coaching LLC. All disputes must be handled on an individual basis.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

11. No Assignment

You may not transfer or assign this Agreement without the express written consent of Len Arcuri Coaching LLC.
